At the end of 2013 I decided to fix a personal goal: finish an IronMan in 2015 (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42km run); 2015 arrived, I'm not really ready, but I will try doing my best.
170 days left (now you're reading time left is less than that..), a good workout program is the only way to maximize the chances of success.

This is why I share with all of you my workout calendar and my workout tracking (like Strava) in this page.
